United Cerebral Palsy of West Alabama is offering a Learning Collaborative for childcare professionals across Alabama who work with children under age 5.

Participants will learn practical strategies to support children with social communication delays and characteristics of autism through interactive Zoom sessions, coaching, and real-world application.

Program benefits include:

• $25 per hour for participation
• Practical classroom strategies and coaching
• A free resource kit upon completion
• DHR training hours

Important dates:

• Applications: January 11–17, 2027
• Notification: January 29, 2027
• Training begins: February 9, 2027
